Nathan Mellor

We are very pleased to have Dr. Nathan Mellor as our facilitator for session two. Dr. Nathan Mellor is the CEO of the C3 Brands family of companies including: Mosaic Personnel, Qubit Creative and Strata Leadership. He is also the president of Strata Leadership. The Strata Leadership team provides character and competence based solutions to over 800,000 individuals in organizations throughout the United States and in over 25 countries each month.
Nathan holds the Bachelor of Arts and the Master of Science in Education degrees from Harding University. He earned the Master of Dispute Resolution degree from the Pepperdine University School of Law and the Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership degree from Pepperdine University.
Dr. Mellor has consulted, trained, and lectured throughout America and abroad. A sampling of past and present clients include: American Airlines, ArcBest Corporation, Kimray Inc., Locke Supply and Oklahoma Department of Human Services.
Dr. Mellor has nearly 20 years of experience teaching undergraduate and graduate courses at Baker College, Pepperdine University and Oklahoma Christian University. He is currently an adjunct professor at Oklahoma Baptist University in the Master of Business Administration program and an adjunct professor at York College in the Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership program.
In pursuit of education, humanitarian, and religious interests he has studied or taught in: Australia, Belize, China, England, Guyana, Israel, Jordan, Mexico, Russia, and Rwanda.
Nathan and his wife Christie were married in 1997 and have two daughters.
